Horizon Builders completed a comprehensive transformation of Old Mill Village, converting an aging retreat property into a modern event and hospitality

campus centered around a restored pond and lodge. The project included clearing and re-establishing the existing pond with a new water source,

constructing new docks, amphitheatre seating, and multiple decks and outdoor gathering areas, including a timber pavilion and covered walkways.

We renovated the barn into comfortable living quarters, executed a major interior renovation of the main lodge, and carried out extensive landscaping and

site beautification to create a cohesive, guest-ready environment that highlights the property’s natural setting
