Horizon Builders converted an old bait shop and neglected pond into a welcoming neighborhood coffee destination. We began by cleaning and regrading the

site, implementing stormwater mitigation measures to stabilize the pond and surrounding grounds. The former bait shop was fully renovated into a small

coffee shop, and a new deck was added overlooking the rejuvenated pond, creating a unique indoor–outdoor gathering space for customers and the

community.
