Horizon Builders partnered with 735 Main St LLC to transform a distressed former clinic into a fresh, modern mixed-use property. The renovation included
installation of new structural beams to reinforce the building, updated tile and flooring on the upper level, and a full interior repaint to brighten and unify the space.
A new bathroom with floating vanities and a redesigned drop ceiling on the lower level completed the makeover, delivering a clean, contemporary
environment ready for tenants and future build-outs.
